Website terms.
This website introduces our services and selected personal projects. You can explore the work, ask a question, or share an idea without committing to a paid project. Client work starts with a written agreement, and our published promises remain in place.

Who runs this website.
TaylorDrew4u LLC operates this website under the public brand 4u Digital. We build apps, websites, and custom business software. The site explains our services, shows selected personal projects, and provides ways to discuss potential work. Contact us at admin@customtechbuilt4u.com with questions about the site or these terms.
An inquiry starts a conversation.
Sending an email, completing the Project planner, or requesting a consultation does not create a development contract, accept a project, or commit you to paid work. Consultation scheduling takes place through BriefBooth; a request is reviewed there and is not an automatic confirmation. A planner submission does not book a consultation or reserve development capacity.
Before a build, we agree the project scope, price, dates, changes, support, and handover in writing. Each project contract explains the work and arrangements for that client. It does not reduce or override our published guarantees or other published project promises.
Our promises and your rights.
Nothing in these website terms limits the published 30-day money-back guarantee, the reasonable changes included after launch, additional offer-specific benefits, or any statutory rights you have. The Guarantee, refunds & support page sets out our existing commitments. These website terms add no conditions to a refund request.
Read the guarantee, refunds & support policyWebsite materials and project ownership.
Website text, branding, and original portfolio materials belong to TaylorDrew4u LLC or their respective creators. You may browse and share links to these pages. Ask before republishing original materials. Project names, trademarks, screenshots, and third-party materials remain with their respective owners; public repositories may provide separate permissions through their stated licenses.
Clients own 100% of the custom code built for their project and receive code and deployment handover. Third-party libraries and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Client work and code stay out of the public portfolio unless the client gives permission.
Ideas and materials you share.
You keep ownership of your project ideas, notes, and uploaded materials. Our permission to use them is limited to reviewing your request, responding, and discussing the possible project. Sending material does not give us permission to publish it in our portfolio. Please share only material you are entitled to provide, and avoid sending passwords or other account credentials through inquiry forms.
How project information is handledUse the site lawfully.
Please do not use the site to submit unlawful material, impersonate someone, send spam, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems. Respect other people's privacy and intellectual property when sharing references or files.
Links and external services.
Some links open separate websites or services, including BriefBooth, GitHub, and app stores. Review the terms and privacy information at each destination. External service operators manage their own availability and content. A link provides context or a way to continue a task; it does not change 4u Digital's published project commitments.
