All figures are in USD. The NYC website offers cover the eligible scope below. App and software figures are starting budgets; additional hourly work must be agreed separately. Your written quote confirms the included work, total price, and timeline.
There is no required maintenance subscription. Any third-party costs—such as domain renewals, hosting, app-store accounts, payment processing, or other services—are discussed and agreed before the build.
The $75 hourly rate applies only to additional work agreed separately. Reasonable changes included in the launch guarantee and work covered by your existing agreement remain included.
The $1,500 and $3,000 website packages are for the first ten eligible New York City business projects agreed by November 30, 2026, subject to scope and capacity.

What the $1,500 site includes.
Up to five pages, built in code and laid out for phones first: what you do, your services or menu, hours, address, examples of your work, and a contact or request form that lands in your inbox. The domain and hosting are set up in your name. This website offer also includes three months of content changes after launch, so hours, prices, and photos can settle in. That offer-specific benefit is in addition to the 30-day money-back guarantee and reasonable changes included with every project.
What $3,000 adds.
Booking or ordering built into the same site. For a salon or studio, that is choosing a service and requesting a time, with a staff view to accept it. For a restaurant, that is a pickup menu with options and a staff order queue. For a school or program, that is enrollment, tour booking, or a waitlist. A first version covers one complete task; delivery, loyalty, or a native app can come later.
How it works.
Start with a video consultation to discuss the fit. If seeing your space or workflow would help, we can arrange a visit in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or parts of Queens. A consultation does not commit you to a paid project. Before the build, we agree the scope, price, project start, and target launch date in writing, including the pages, form or booking flow, and who supplies the content and access. Half is paid at the start and half at launch. If the first design review, before any code is written, is not right, the deposit comes back.
What you own.
The code, the domain, the hosting account, and your data. There is no monthly builder fee and no percentage on bookings or orders. After the first year, the domain renews in your name for about $20 a year, and hosting runs $0 to $10 a month depending on traffic.

Every project includes the 30-day money-back guarantee after the completed product launches, with reasonable changes included during those 30 days. Your custom code is 100% yours.

If you’re not satisfied with your completed product, you can request a full refund of the 4u Digital development fees paid for your project within 30 days after it launches. Email admin@customtechbuilt4u.com during that period to request your refund.
Reasonable changes included.
Reasonable changes are included during those 30 days after the completed product launches. Your individual contract explains what counts as a reasonable change and what would be new project scope, based on your specific needs.
Optional six-month support.
You can choose an optional six-month debugging and support arrangement. During that arrangement, changes are available at a 50% discount on the agreed standard rate. Its coverage, rates, and support details are agreed in your contract.
Your code and deployment handover.
You receive the code and deployment handover and are free to use your own software. Your custom code is 100% yours. Client work and code stay out of the public portfolio unless you give permission.
A contract built around your project.
Every contract is tailored to your specific needs and the terms you are comfortable with. We agree the scope, price, dates, changes, support, and handover in writing before the build.
If an optional six-month support agreement uses the $75 standard hourly rate, the 50% discount makes additional changes $37.50/hour during that arrangement. Your contract sets the actual coverage and arrangement.
